Booking Your Event
We know that planning a wedding can be overwhelming so we have done everything we can to make the process easy. To get an instant quote simply fill out the quote form here. This will automatically generate a quote for you based on your date, time, location, number of guests and the services you are wanting. By doing so you will receive an email with a username/password. This gives you immediate access to your quote, your personal planner and payment options. (insert screenshot of 3 buttons). If you want to change options such as services or how many hours you want in order to see the cost of different packages simply make these changes on the quote and hit “save” and it will update with the new information.
After reviewing the quote many couples like to meet with us to make sure that we are a good fit for their personality and style…no problem. Shoot us an email (link) or give us a call and we’ll find a time that works for both of us at a location that’s convenient for you. Live out of town or simply don’t have time for a face to face meeting? A meeting isn’t a requirement for us so don’t feel pressured. If you would prefer to talk with someone prior to booking simply call our office and we’ll be happy to discuss our services with you at any time.
Once you are comfortable with our services and are ready to book, simply log in to your account and click on the “book my event” tab. By paying your $200 retainer online your event is confirmed. You will get a receipt via email and your payment will be reflected on your proposal within 24 hours. The balance of your contract is due the week of your event. Don’t worry about availability. If your event date is no longer available, our system will tell you prior to booking services.
